Refund policy

Please let us know within 30 days of purchase if you would like to return or exchange your robe. For a full refund the robe must be returned unworn and in its original packaging.

If you have any specific problems with an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the issue. We will do our best to respond in a timely fashion.

FREE RETURNS WITHIN THE USA: If you decide to return your robe please email us and we will send you a return shipping label.
